Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs back. Only the costs for returning from your home to our address are at your own expense.

Digital products such as Pokémon TCG Live codes are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These cannot be returned after receipt.

• The product is unused and in original condition/packaging.
• The return must include your order number or proof of purchase.
